Hi, I'm Codi. I am so glad you are here. Therapy is my calling and I love what I do. My goal is to provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental space connecting with you through compassion and empathy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kansas and California. I have a Bachelors of Science degree from Kansas State University, studying both psychology and sociology. I also earned a Masters of Social Work degree, with a clinical focus, from Washburn University. I have additional certification in Grief & Loss counseling, as a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist (CGCS).  


My professional experience includes working directly with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault,  military families, residents at a psychiatric hospital, seniors in long-term care facilities, and with outpatient clients in private practice. I truly enjoy working with individuals of all ages, from various walks of life but I am especially passionate about working with women and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. I understand there is no "one size fits all" approach in therapy and tailor my sessions to the individual client. 


I enjoy spending my free time exploring nature, making art, traveling and reading. My client's describe me as warm and caring but also a little weird and silly. I want you to leave my office feeling better than you arrived. It is always my first and foremost goal to just help you feel better during our time together.
